BISOL PRESENTA noSO2

At Vinitaly Bisol are presenting
Valdobbiadene Superiore DOCG
 noSO2 without added sulphites
At Vinitaly, Desiderio Bisol, the innovative and eminent oenologist
and member of the time-honoured family of Prosecco and Cartizze, will be presenting the latest, long-awaited vintage of noSO2, the sparkling wine without added sulphite, that has been rubber stamped ‘Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG’. “The fruit of countless years of research in the winery and the vineyards in order to guarantee the maximum elegance, authenticity and longevity, noSO2 is a custom production, tailor made for those consumers who are sensitive to sulphates” explains Desiderio Bisol. The name of this exclusive Prosecco indicates the total absence of added sulphites.
The origin of the grapes is excellent as they are nurtured on the steep slopes of the Valdobbiadene hills where only the skill and tenacity of heroic viticulture is able to bear the fatigue of ‘working by hand’. The hand-wrapped bottle is enveloped in a thin sheet of aluminium which protects the precious Prosecco from the light. “Excellent on its own and without a doubt the perfect match for oysters and raw fish-based dishes, noSO2 is in perfect keeping with the requirements of the modern international consumer who is keeping an ever more watchful eye on sustainability” comments Gianluca Bisol, the managing director of Bisol.
Another important satisfaction for Bisol: Cru Cartizze Cru has been chosen by the prestigious publication Wine Spectator for the exclusive event “OperaWine, Finest Italian Wines”, that will be taking place in Palazzo della Gran Guardia on Saturday April 5th. The event, organised by Veronafiere and Vinitaly, offers specialist operators from all over the world the chance to get to know the 100 Italian producers that have been chosen, a selection which naturally includes the time-honoured family of Cartizze.
In the sure hope that this will be of interest to you and hoping to meet with you during both Opera Wine and Vinitaly we’d like to remind you that you can taste the excellence of Bisol, Jeio, Belstar and sample limited edition foretastes of their latest wines from April 6th to 9th in the area GRANDI VINI GROUP E7/E8 Hall 7.
